Ms On Jia Wen holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Genetics and a Master of Medical Science in Genetic Counselling from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Since 2018, she has worked closely with clinical geneticists across public and private hospitals in Malaysia, managing a broad spectrum of clinical genetics cases. Her experience spans hereditary cancer syndromes, reproductive genetics, and paediatric genetics, including chromosomal disorders, rare diseases, and inborn errors of metabolism. Through her clinical practice, she supports accurate risk assessment, informed decision-making, and responsible integration of genomic testing into patient care?strengthening clinical confidence and service reliability.
