Dr. Tan Boon Shing brings strong operational and commercial expertise in molecular diagnostics, spanning assay deployment, platform support, and translational research. Prior to joining AGTC Genomics, he was an Application Specialist at Luminex (Shanghai, China), where he worked closely with clinical laboratories and industry partners to implement and scale advanced molecular diagnostic technologies across the region. Earlier in his career, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Academia Sinica (Taipei, Taiwan), contributing to high-impact biomedical research that underpins clinically deployable diagnostics.
