AGTC Genomics Visits GeneMind Biosciences in China to Explore Regional Genomics R&D Collaboration

AGTC Genomics is pleased to announce a successful technical and strategic visit to GeneMind Biosciences, a leading developer of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology based in Shenzhen, China. The visit was led by AGTC’s Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Tan Boon Shing, together with Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer, Ms. Khor Be Yin, and Vice President (Commercialization), Mr. Teow Kok Sin.


This engagement marks an important milestone in AGTC Genomics’ ongoing efforts to strengthen R&D capacity, technology transfer, and platform development in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing genomics ecosystem.

A Strategic Partnership in the Making

The meeting showcased GeneMind's high-throughput sequencing instruments, integrated laboratory automation, and proprietary genomic analysis technologies. Discussions focused on collaborative opportunities to localize and scale these innovations for applications across regional genome research, population health studies, and translational projects.
